About Me

  Emily Orcullo

I’m an experienced supply chain leader for more than 20 years across different businesses and locations in Asia-Pacific. I have spent most of my career in FMCG in various regional roles, managing different teams in a multi-cultural, diverse organization. I am best known for my strong passion in developing people in the organization enabling future leaders.

In the last 4 years, I went through a personal change management journey myself joining a new company. My experience taught me how important it is to learn, unlearn, and re-learn again in order to adopt and stay relevant.

My personal stories of growth are inspired by my life experiences in resilience and having a strong continuous improvement mindset. I am experienced in coaching for high performance at work, mentoring talents, and a strong advocate in developing impactful learning & development programs for the organization.

My purpose is to be, “The tree of life that enables the forest to grow”. My close friends say, I’m the eternal optimist, a lighthouse to give hope, graceful in embracing change, yet tough and resilient as a bamboo.

COACHING SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Completed Professional Coaching Development Program with Collective Change Institute (CCI), the top coaching school in Singapore. I’m on my way to qualify for ACC certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m currently undergoing the Advanced Coaching Development program preparing me for the next level of mastery in professional coaching.

  • Coaching clients include corporate executives, supply chain professionals, top-rated insurance agents, peer coaches, and millennial professionals.
